C35-P: Efficient, compact pork skinner, derinds all types of pork cuts.

MS 475-Series

MS 475-M: Perfect skinning yields for meat muscles, including beef, pork, veal, turkey, etc. with its unique patented cleaning system.  Skin all types of membranes, thick and thin.

MS 475-P: Skins all types of pork cuts, bone-in and boneless.  Also defats with easily operated hand lever.  Guaranteed best possible yields.
