The Compact C 35/P/M/F range shares all the features of the large Grasselli factory type skinning machines, including:  Safety - built to comply with all known requirements.  Knee or foot switch operation dependent on market requirements.  Instant stop tooth-roll and 24v control circuit for extra safety.

C 35 P, efficient pork skinning derinds all types of pork cuts.

C 35 M, membrane skinner, air cleaning system coupled with patented tripper roller ensures fast, efficient membrane skinning.

C 35 F, fish skinner uses water cleaning system to keep skinning area clean.
