Application
Model AB 520 automatically skins, derinds the full
range of pork cuts including bellies, boneless loins, boneless legs, shoulders
and difficult pieces like jowels and small trim. Features full 520 mm
(20.5 inches) skinning (derinding) width for even the widest cuts.
Speed
The AB 520 can be installed on-line, no operator
required or off-line requiring only one operator.
Product Control
On the AB 520, infeed product hold down is
pneumatically controlled and fully adjustable for even the most difficult
products. The system design gives gentle and precise hold down control
which avoids damage to lean meat. Different hold down rubber rollers are
available for special applications, which offers you total versatility.
Yields
Unique pneumatic skinning (derinding) blade system
automatically skins to correct thickness every time which means top yields and
less rejects. The skinning blade does not change angle during skinning
therefore blade stays sharper longer. The skinning (derinding) thickness
can be changed at any time, even when running, therefore giving you total
yield control.

The AB 520 is manufactured with top quality
stainless materials for strength, durability and hygiene. It is designed

USDA regulations.
The AB 520 is constructed in such a way that
"no" tolls are required for disassembly clean up procedures, which
