We present the skin-removing machine for conveyor system, type Economy CB 435 / Cortex CB 495 for small and medium companies.

Developed according to the requirements of the clients, the machines represent a high dimension of reliability together with easy handling.

Very economic are the low price of the machine, as well as the cost for maintenance, which are very low for all NOCK machines.

Smooth surfaces in stainless steel as well as additional reinforcement sheets inside the machine, make the machines more robust, more hygienic and give them a longer durability.

The machine is suitable for skinning of soaked or smoked bacon as well as for eh cutting of bacon faces and gyros.

The treatment of flat pieces is effectuated through conveyor belt, which is replaced by a working table when treating round pieces.  The table for removal transfers the meat into a container.  The machine can be equipped with conveyor belt for removal at additional cost.
