Easy
handling is a presupposition to allow non-specialist to work with this
machine. A robust construction in stainless steel with
additional reinforcement sheets grants long life of the machine in
spite of high taint.
All parts are either manufactured in our own factory
or exclusively high quality parts. Spare parts and additional
parts can therefore be delivered daily on call.
For cleaning purposes the knife holder, conveyor
belts and pressing units can be taken off without extra tools.
By this a very high hygienic standard is granted. The machines
are equipped with wheels for easy transport to the working place, the
wheels can be fixed.
The
machine is suitable for skinning of soaked or smoked bacon and for the
cutting of bacon faces. With a special knife holder, it is
possible to cut gyros and slices of meat from 5 mm to 20 mm.
The new cutting system grants that no manual extra
work is necessary.
The treatment of the meat is effectuated by conveyor
belt for supply and removal. Upon request the machine can be
equipped with additional conveyor belt for the removal of skins.
The thickness of skinning is infinitely variable.
The spring-mounted pressure unit grants a high
quality and careful treatment of the meat. Pieces of meat, up to
a height of 125 mm may be treated.
