Skinning machines for conveyor system type - Economy

beef skinning, pork skins, fish filet, skinning equipment machinesThe CB 435/CB, 495/CB 495-5 are machines which have been developed according to the requirements of the smaller companies and which distinguish themselves by highest reliability and low cost.  The treatment of flat pieces of meat is made by conveyor belt, which may be replaced by a working table when round pieces of meat are to be treated.  This machine can also be delivered with an additional conveyor belt for removal.  The operation area of this machine and the performance of these machines are comparable to the larger machines.

Derinding machines

The skinning machines for Fish type CF 460 & CF 560 are equipped with water cleaning system.

Membrane removing machine type

Scale Ice makers

ice making machines, seafood ice makingThe NSH scale ice makers are working with a closed and tight evaporating system, so that no coolant can escape and the refilling of coolant is not necessary.  The water which is required for the production of ice is brought directly, without water tank, on the cooling disc by this the formation of bacteria in the water is considerably reduced.  The scale ice makers are produced with a daily output of scale ice of 140 lbs. to 11,000 lbs.
