For the production of the automatic scale ice maker
type NSH the NOCK company has started on its own new way, by which
considerable improvements as regards to security and Hygiene are
achieved.
The water which is required for the production of
ice is brought directly on the cooling disc of the machine and
scraped-off after it's frozen. No water tank is necessary in
which bacteria may be formed. The cooling system is a tight
system, there are no rotating seals as in most other constructions
with rotating shafts. By this security is increased and
maintenance work is reduced.
The housing of the scale ice maker and the stock
container are in stainless steel, the insulation is food-admitted
plastics keeps the ice dry-cold for a long time.
For cleaning the stock container can be easily
discharged, remaining water is automatically drained, both is very
important to observe the hygienic rules.
Coolant is FCKW-free R 404a. Refilling of
coolant is not necessary for the whole durability of the
machine. All components of the machine are high quality
products.
The scale ice makers NSH are available with a
capacity of 140 lbs. up to 11,000 lbs. per day and can be delivered
with the corresponding stock containers. The scale ice maker is
constructed according to the newest technical directives. The
