KORODUR industrial floor screeds
Description:
KORODUR 0/4 - Hard aggregate, non-premixed hardener.
Produced from high grade components comprising quartz and
tough by-products from electro-metallurgical smelting processes. This special mixture
guarentees outstanding tensile - and compressive strength values and very favorable
wearing properties. Korodur 0/4 therefore is non-slip and is capable of withstanding high
impact.
KORODUR 0/4 consists of aggregates of varying sizes ranging
from 0 to 4 mm in diameter, hardness between Mohs scale 8 and 9.
Areas of Application:
For use in areas of combined rolling, ramming and
grinding stress, percussion, pressure and impact. Able to withstand the sliding and
rolling of work pieces, plant traffic of all kinds, fork-lift truck movement, crawler
tractor traffic and transporting equipment with steel wheels etc.
Especially suited for wet rooms, parking areas, driving and
loading ramps, bunker linings and outdoor surfaces of all kinds.

Application and consumption:
A) Sprinkling (shaking) - method
KORODUR 0/4 is to be mixed with Portland cement, supplied
on site.
"Surface armoring" by application of a mixture of
KORODUR 0/4 and cement, according to KORODUR laying instructions.
