KORODUR WH-Metallic
KORODUR WH-Metallic = Hard Aggregate acc. to DIN 1100-m
0/4.
Hard metallic aggregate for surfaces which are subject to
the most severe stress which require high tensile strength together with a very high wear
resistance.
Areas of Application:
For all hard aggregate concrete screeds acc. to DIN 18 560
(1990) - ZE 55 M.
Extremely resistant to bumping and ramming stresses.
Especially suited for areas with heavy iron wheel traffic, rolling and impact abrasion of
sharp-edged machinery etc.
For the production of "armoured paving".
Properties:
resistant to petroleum, oil, solvents
highly wear resistant even under the most severe stress,
fork lift-truck resistant
water-resistant, suitable for use in wet rooms
non-skid, anti-slip even when subjected to oil spillage and
in wet rooms
de-icer resistant
non-rusting
not harmful to health
not electrostatically chargeable
easy to clean
improved surface density

1 Refers only to clean tires.
Commpressed grit, swarf and dirt on tires increase the stress.
Remarks: Where the loading and abrasion
potential is beyond the guidelines for "Stress group I", e.g. assembly of
heaviest equipment or traffic of heaviest vehicles (crawlers) special precautionary
measures must be taken.
